This policy sets out the basis on which the personal data collected from you, or that you provide to us will be processed by Kerry Bennett.

Personal data collected by us

The information we collect and hold is set out as follows:

  • Your geographical billing/delivery address;

  • Your telephone number;
  • Your order details including a record of your IP address;
  • For your security, we will also keep an encrypted record of your login password.

We will use Your Personal Data that you provide to us to enable us to fulfil your orders - we require your identification and contact information to enable us to enter into a contract with you.

Personal data collected by third parties

We use Mailchimp (an Intuit company) to manage our marketing campaigns and newsletter emails. You will only be added to our mailing lists if you have registered to receive our newsletters/informational emails at which point we send your email address to Mailchimp.
When you receive a newsletter, Mailchimp may also collect data concerning the date and time when the newsletter was viewed as well as when you interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the email - you can read more about how Mailchimp uses your personal information on Intuit's Privacy Page. At the footer of every email we send you there will be a link to unsubscribe from our mailing list and a separate link to view your details and update your preferences (such as the content of the emails you wish to receive).

Payments on our Website are processed through PayPal or Squareup. All payment card data is encrypted and held in a secure environment - we do not have access to these details ourselves. Retention of your personal data

We take appropriate measures to ensure that any personal data are kept secure and are kept for only so long as is necessary for the purpose for which they are used.

  • When you place an order, we will keep the personal data you give us for seven years so we can comply with our legal and contractual obligations.
  • We will retain the personal information you provided on registering an account on our website so long as that account remains in existence.

Your rights

You may view/edit your personal data by accessing your online account at this link. Additionally you are entitled to ask for a copy of any personal data that we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies in your personal data corrected.
